It was a wonderful stay on vacation. The staff were exceptionally kind and a sensational and outstanding breakfast was provided. We lived in the guest room with a perfect bathroom, TV and touches like hot chocolate.

Nice place to visit in Lowestoft, if compared to other hotels. The setting was lovely, close enough to pathway to the lower promenade, a beautiful park, and Japanese garden. And there was Gibbs Chippy with short-orders a walking distance from the venue, super convenient.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was immaculately clean and en suite and complete with a stunning view and modern bathroom. The location of this good old and pleasant hotel was incredible, to south beach. We had early meal in The Trawlerman Chip Shop, based nearby.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.
